How can this be done? I have not been able to find a solution that works in any of the guides that I have looked at. I do not believe that the guide I was given is for the DKT 3010-S that I was given.

I had the same problem with our phone, the problem may be the administrator of the phone system needs to give you call forwarding rights on your phone. if you do not have these right the manual does you no good. call forwarding starts on page 30
