It does not drain water. I checked all hoses and connections. All clean. I even use finish cleaner one a month and clean filters once a week.

SOURCE: dishwasher will not drain water

Drain out is done via the pump out motor. Is the pump out motor working? Check by deternining with a AC voltmeter to see if supply voltage is across the terminals in pump out mode. If voltage is present and motor does not spin - the motor is open circuit and must be replaced. Remove the 2 clamps and the 2 electrical push on terminals with the MAINS voltage disconnected. Is the outlet pipe not blocked or obstructed ?

Recently had a leak in our water pipe between mains and house. We had the pipe replaced. Then the washing machine wouldn't fill so we replaced solenoid valve-it works now. The dishwasher won't fill now

when the pipe was repaired , there is every possibility that dirt got into the pipe and will affect all solenoid operations and taps
remove all hoses and flush the pipe out well

My Simpson eziset 950 keeps coming up with error HC.

No water flowing in to machine. Check taps are fully open & filters on end of hoses are clean & not blocked. If all good then you probably have a faulty inlet valve.

Water won't go down drain.

It appears that you have a drain pipe problem. Check that the hose is not restricted ( kinks etc) Get a good drain cleaner that you can use in you machine and clear the gunk out of the hose. Contact simpson dealer for a compatible product to do the job as some drain cleaners react with the steel and hoses.

Check your wash arms - make sure the holes or nozzels are clear (not blocked), and make sure they are free to turn. Make sure you are not over-loading the dishwasher or placing large plates or pans in front of the soap dispenser. Next is to check to see if enough water is going into the DishWasher (DW). This varies with different models, so it's hard to tell you how much is enough. Next thing to check is to make sure the heater is working to heat the water during the wash cycle. (Listen for the soap dish to open, then open the door 10 or 15 minutes later and see if the water is hot.) If your dishwasher has a removable filter, you need to take that out and clean it at least once a month. And finally, if your dishwasher is all encrusted with calcium and hard-water deposits, you probably need to run a dishwasher cleaner in the machine. (Use Dishwasher Magic, or Finish Corp's Dishwasher cleaner, or Glisten, or even Lemi-Shine detergent-booster powder or their dishwasher cleaner.
Hope this helps!

Hi, my Simpson eziset 605 doesn't hold any water. It fills and drains straight out then flashes and beeps HC on the display. Any ideas why?

check that the drain hose is not lower than the water level. If it is, the water will simply drain away by gravity.....Nomess

It sounds like the drum is so away from level that water is not flowing to the drain line, hence the pump running out of water. I would make sure the machine is level and the drum is resting level if it's the type that pivots around inside the machine. Failing that I would open up the machine and check the hoses to make sure they're not blocked. I would also check the drain hose to make sure it's not placed too high or in a way that will obstruct water flow.
