How to make a cable radio program

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

The Radio you have is probably an older version, in this case you will need KPG56D. the other possibility is that the software you have is dos driven if this is the case then you will need to install the software on a slower machine with DOS 6.22. I use a pentium pro with windows 98 to program most of my kenwood radios. you will also have to disable any virus software and disable any TSR files on the machine in order to program the radio. The windows base programs don't have these quirks. take a look at your software and let me know what happens.

SOURCE: unable to program tk-3207
hi, all i can think of is- A, the computer is way too fast for the program you are trying to run, what you need is a really old slow computer or B,
check the COM port settings on your computer.
click start, right click on my computer, click properties, then click on the hardware tab, then device manager.
then there will be a 'Ports COM &LPT' just make sure the com port number is the same one as you are using on the software. Hope this helps.

SOURCE: Programing KPG-56D
the software is a dos executable. copy it onto your media of choice and paste it into you your other PC. vista will not run this unless you install virtual pc2007 and load win98 in the vista environment. vpc07 is tricky because you have to set up conduits for the virtual com ports that link your physical port. some serial to usb adapters won't function for these. I have had fair luck with kenwood and vertex using this setup.
