tried to download 17 updates and all 17 downloads failed all it tells me is error 646

will have to buy them. but i have tried depressing the f/n button with all colored keys and all f keys. everything combination that i can think of and nothing. i have it password protected and when it comes to that sign on screen nothing works. i have a visual screen but cannot type or move my mouse. acer suggested i get external keyboard.

I agree. Turn the computer off, connect a USB keyboard, and turn the computer on. Use the external keyboard to enter the password.
