you need to go to any repair centre to flash the tablet.if you can do it then try using phoenix

While it's turned off you hold the volume up and power buttons. Then when the android appears release the buttons. Hold the power button and press volume up. Navigate with the volume keys and select factory data reset. Hopefully this isn't the method you'd already tried.
