Question about Kenmore 24032\24036 Top Load Washer
This is the model # 11027731600. Someone has taken disassembled all parts from the cabinet of washer. My husband needs to put all parts back together..

Check out this you tube. Had the same problem today. Tipped washer on its side and replaced coupler between motor and gearbox. Parts are about $15

You need to replace the drive block and basket drive. You can download a tutorial to get you started at www.shop.washermd.com. The gearcase replacement tutorial will put you in the right direction. Dave

You need a new timer. The clicking sound is the timer knob going and your washer not "agitating" is the result of the timer knob not sending the signal to the rest of the machine.
