Problem for Samsung Blackjack SGH-I607 Smartphone

Samsung BJ SCH-M6200 (Korean Version)

I am using in Canada Vancouver the H/W from Korea with Rogers service.

When I start Cellphone then the Cellphone could not regist to Rogres GSM network.

Then I move to the USIM card to another Rogers Cellphone then it is work on new Cellphone.

Finally, the USIM card to the Samsung BJ SCH-M6200 then it is working.

I am not sure what is problem.

Am I need H/W unlock or USIM card unlock?
