Im tryin to pair my ST ONE r57 with my phone and its asking for a passcode and i have lost my user manual

Factory Setting is usually 0000. In order to pair with your mobile (Max 8 phones), Depress green button on ST ONE R57 for 5 seconds approx. Light will flash red & blue, indicating that device is in pairing mode. Phone should have "Bluetooth" switched on (in settings) and search mode activated. Good luck

Im tryin to copy my sim contacs to my sidekick 2

Hi. Go to "address book" on the scrolling screen. Click the top left button and you'll get a drop down list. Next, go down to "settings" click it and go down to "import SIM contacts". that will give you all your contacts from your old phone. Give it a couple minutes and it'll load up. Hope this helps.

Error when tryin to connect to the internet

I would immediately contact your network operator and explain the problem to them. This one sounds out of your control unless you have changed any of the APN settings. If you don't know what I am talking about then call them now!

Why, phone, WHY?

You need active sync to transfer files, you should be able to get it from this link let me know if it doesn't work

Active sync has a button for explore the files.. but also you will get the phone / pda icon in my computer so you can also go from my computer and browse the files from there. to copy files just drag and drop them to your desktop from the phone.

Let me know how that goes.

Battery fast discharge

Battery is probably at the end of its life or then there is a problem with the motherboard causeing it to consume greater amounts of power, only solution to that would be to replace the motherboard.
