If you have a knock or clicking noise behind the radio, it is the blend motor. The blend door is spring loaded and the gears in the blend motor are "stripped". The door is spring loaded so that the door is closed to the heater core. About 2 hours to replace and a lot of bending and stretching. You don't have to remove the dash, but all of the trim, radio, and controls will need to come out.

This fuel filter has snap lock type fittings on the ends of the fuel filter, you need a fuel line disconnect tool to remove the filter, you will insert the tool into the hose ends at the snap locks, push in on the fuel line while pushing the tool into the fitting then you can slide the fitting off the fuel filter assembly. There are two fuse panels, or power distribution boxes. The engine compartment power distribution box is located on the left hand side of the engine compartment above the wheel well, and the central (inside) power distribution box is located under the LH side of the dash, left of the steering column.
