Q: After pairing my mouse, the button click works but cursor tracking does not move. What can I do?A: The cursor tracking problem is because red sensor LED is not on. Please try another set of battery or fully charge battery again, and verify if bottom red LED turns on. If red LED still does not turn on, please remove batteries from mouse, press and hold the pairing button for 5 seconds, next press and hold the left and right buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds, followed by several clicks. Install the battery into mouse, you should see red LED turns on, mouse cursor will move.

Normal 0 Go to Control Panel and click on Sound.
Next click Bluetooth Devices.
Click Add button, lower left corner of the Bluetooth Devices window.
Insure batteries are installed.
Press the Connect Button on the Keyboard (Usually located on the under side of your keyboard) this allows Windows to see the keyboard so you can pair the keyboard to the computer.
On the computer choose My Device Is Set Up and Ready To Be Found.
Click NEXT.
The keyboard should appear in the Add Bluetooth Device Wizard Window.
Select your Keyboard and click Next.
When prompted, select Choose a Passkey For Me and click Next.
Windows will generate and display a Passkey.
Type the Passkey specified on the Bluetooth Keyboard
(do not use the keyboards keypad when typing the passkey)
No charters will appear on the monitor when typed, but if you make a mistake, you can backspace.
You must enter the Passkey within 30 seconds.
If you don’t enter the Passkey within 30 seconds, click Back and click Next again.
Once the Passkey is entered, the Keyboard should be connected to the computer.
Finish and follow any on screen instructiond.

Hope this helps. Bud

SOURCE: I'm being prompted for a pairing code for my MS

Most common after the 0000 is 1111 or 1234. One of these should work for you. If it does let the community know by giving me a rating.

SOURCE: What is pairing code for

According to the Sony website (see direct link below) the instructions say to "not use passcode" when pairing. The link is to the adobe pdf installation page so if you follow it step-by-step, you should be up and running under two minutes.

Thanks and hope this helps :)

Should there be an attachment for the usb port for my wireless ambo4us mouse to work? If not how do I get it to work with my laptop?

The AMBO4US is a Bluetooth mouse. Many laptops have bluetooth capability built in. If you're does not, you need to purchase an inexpensive USB Bluetooth adapter. These can be picked up at any local electronics retailers such as Best Buy or Fry's. You can also order one online at or other similar sites.

If you're laptop has BT support onboard, then you simply need to "pair" the mouse with it. In the task tray (area near the clock in Windows" there should be a symbol that looks similar to an hourglass. Right-click on this symbol to bring up a menu. While this menu may vary, you're looking form something along the lines of "connect device", "search devices", "pair devices", etc. Once you've found it, a wizard should guide you throught eh steps needed to pair the mouse to your laptop.

When I try to connect by Bluetooth to my Computer it says passcode missmatched. How do I find out what the codes are on both of them. I have tried 0000 0001 0007

What are you trying to connect to the laptop? If it's an earpiece, or headphones, or keyboard, or mouse, or most other items, the manufacturer's website will have the owner's manual, or an FAQ, that should give you the pairing code for the device.

The manual and/or FAQ will also give you pairing instructions, for setting the unit in pairing search mode.

Pairing code is the Bluetooth code that has to be shared between the devices you want to connect

often it is 0000 or 1234 (i think you will find the code in the manual of the device you are trying to connect)

How to connect wireless mouse the brand of mouse is intermec

Most wireless mice come with a dongle. If you have it, plug it in and let the driver software install (it should be automatic). If you have a CD, insert it and install the software. In order to pair the computer with the mouse, there may be a "Connect" button on the bottom of the mouse or on the receiver, press it to pair.

Some mice use bluetooth, which would require you to open "Bluetooth Settings" in the control panel, and use the "Add new device" wizard from there.

Bluetooth Notebook 5000 Mouse will not connect. The green light comes on and then goes off. The bluetooth light on the laptop is on. Just changed the batteries. What to do?

You may just need to re-PAIR it. You need to press and hold the Pairing button until you get a solid blue light then it is in pairing mode, you can then discover it on your laptop and complete the pairing.

Hi, I have a DELL wireless travel-mouse which works fine on my DELL inspiron, but does not work on my ACER Aspire One netbook - do I need to find a specific driver or will it never work? thanks. David

Wireless mice usually work via radio frequencies commonly referred to as RF.this is also the case with bluetooth if your mouse is a bluetooth mouse you may need to run the software to make the mouse communicate with your PC.another issue is pairing (coordinating your mouse's transmitter with your mouse's receiver. It requires both parts to operate on the same frequencies, usually by using the same identification code. Pairing takes place to try to eliminate interference. Some devices automatically pair both devices at start up; others need to be manually paired by entering the same codes on both devices.once both devices are paired they will generally communicate with each of luck.
