Problem for i-mate SPL Smartphone

I cannot access the net.

I live in Nairobi, Kenya. My i mate cannot access the web, it gives a connection error message 'cannot place call' or 'remote server terminated'. there is no problem with the local network-i have asked for and received the GPRS settings severally, but nothing. I am told i should download mozilla or opera mini, how do i do that?

On this kind of error, you should contact the Network Service Provider especially the GPRS configuration and settings.
