Ask them cover deforst heater

u have a defrost problem.. your deforst timer needs replacing.. u also might have to replace your heaters and the terminal switch.. but if it doesnoit deforst right it wont cool. ok

may have frosted up check the deforst element or deforst timer

Either your fan has stopped working, or it is not defrosting. Take the back panel of the freezer off and see if the evaporator coil is iced over, if it is replace the deforst heater, and the deforst thermostat. If the compressor is running the fan if the freezer should be running. Also make sure both your fridge and freezer controls are centered. Putting the freezer on the coldest setting acutally shuts off airflow to the fridge.

It appears your defrost timer has failed in this instance.

Hi wayner, There is a cable that need to be adjusted that is under the steering wheel. look under there and you will see 2 cable that can be adjusted. These cable open and close the air blend doors.

What is the entire Model # and I can help with some troubleshooting as long as you have a volt-ohm meter and an amprobe would be helpful.
