Intermatic t1202T 240v dual pool timer. Main pump continues to run and manual overide will not shut it off. Changed the timer mechanisim and same thing. Disconnected the Freeze control and it wil

Maybe the PF1202?
Probably just the freeze thermostat and not the relay.
Disconnect freeze thermostat wires from relay... and substitute a single-pole switch.
Be careful... power is ON

Do not leave the single-pole switch connected since 15 amp rating of typical switch is less than amp rating for 40 amp pool centers

Heater won't relight after shutting down, but fan continues to run

Roger, you either have a gas supply issue or a voltage problem.
Since I don't know your aptitude and abilities pertaining to LP gas troubleshooting/testing procedures, I don't know how detailed you want to go...basically, make sure your propane tank isn't empty; or that the pressure regulator didn't freeze up. Make sure that it is rated and set for 28" of water column output.
Check to make sure all the wire connections are secure to the flame control terminal block and to each of the hi-limit switches.
Isolate & perform continuity checks to each electrical component, including the gas valve.
You'll need a manometer to test and set the gas input & output water column levels.

When the unit is running,, what color is the flame?
Is there a roaring sound?
Is the flame small and weak?

The refrigerator runs almost continually for no apparent reason. It started a few days ago. We have changed nothing.

There are four likely reasons:-
If it is not a frost free refridgerator, the thermostat is iced up and not sensing temperature - defrost the fridge.
The thermostat is faulty and in this case the contents of the fridge should be freezing up - replace the thermostat.
The gas is low in the system and the fridge should then be warmer than normal and the thermostat is trying to compensate by having the compressor running constantly - re-gas the fridge.
The door seal is leaking or the door is not closing fully, allowing cold air to escape - check the seal and the door and correct or replace the seal.

put a 50/50 mix. remove radiator cap when cold, start car let run 1 min and dump 50/50 mix till full, a little will come out cap when thermostat opens this is normal, when thermostat opens coolant will go down, continue to fill till full, put cap on and fill reservoir to cold mark, check reservoir after you run a day and fill if needed to the full cold mark again

Please check the timer the thermostat and the heater for the auto defrosting to work. Switch off the fridge and after all the frost has gone off switch on to see if the sooling returns . If so you can be sure that the timerr does not work and so reduces cooling on frosting. If there is still no cooling then you will need to check onthe compressor and the gas pressure. Get help to confirm and take an estimate before attempting, get an warranty assurance for work. Hope you try out and see first.Good day

Kitchenaid superba dryer won't heat Where is the heater fuse located?

Q - My electric dryer runs but will not heat, what could stop my dryer from heating?
A - Things that could stop a electric dryer from heating:
- house fuse or breaker ( needs two of them ), heating element, burnt wire, thermostat(s), thermal fuse ( not all models ), motor heat switch, timer, selector switch, burnt power cord/plug.
A ohm meter test for these parts is here.
Q - My gas dryer will not heat, what could stop my dryer from heating?
A - Things that could stop a gas dryer from heating:
- glow bar igniter, thermal fuse ( not all models ), coils on the gas valve, gas valve, thermostats, motor heat switch, timer, selector switch, sensor.
A page for checking gas dryers is here.
Meter testing and usage tips.
1. Power supply-check power supply at terminal block where cord enters the dryer. Should read 240V. If you read 240V here, tested with a volt meter, unplug dryer and test components with ohm meter.
2. Thermostats-Cycle and safety thermostats-read them with an ohm meter. Should show continuity . How common thermostats work.
3.Timer-The timer has a set of contacts that pass voltage to the heaters. If you can not determine by wiring picture what they are, check across the two terminals with the largest wires on them. The heater wires are almost twice as large as the others. You should read continuity with timer in heat mode.
4. Thermal fuses-In recent years the makers of dryers are using thermal fuses to let you know something is wrong with your dryer. They are generally non resetting and have to be replaced. The thermal fuses are located on the heater element housing and should read continuity if read with an ohm meter. Most blown thermal fuses are the result of vent/air flow problems or a grounded heating element.
5. Selector Switches-Read the wiring picture and determine which switch is closed. You should read continuity across closed switches.
6. Safety Switch on Motor-There is a safety switch on motor to insure that heaters can not come on unless motor is running. It is normally open when the motor is idle/not running, and closes when motor runs. In order to check with an ohm meter, remove the two large wires on motor switch and make them electrically safe. Tape them. Plug the dryer in and start motor. Check continuity across the terminals on the motor switch you removed the heavy wires from. If it is ok you should read continuity. Remember that the smaller wires in a dryer carry the 120V and the large wires carry 240V. There is no voltage on these two terminals with wires removed. It is ok to test with ohm meter.
7. Heat elements-Test heater element with an ohm meter. You will read continuityacross a good element ( 8-12 ohms is an average element ).
But darn it, I don't have a Ohm Meter....
To check the thermal fuse  - You can bypass the thermal fuse (just connect the 2 wires together) for testing purposes only.To check the thermal cut-out  - You can bypass the thermal cut-out (just connect the 2 wires together) for testing purposes only.
To check the thermostats for continuity -  - You can bypass the thermostat (just connect the 2 wires together) for testing purposes only.
To check the Element: Try removing element and physically looking at the element wire for a break in the wire.

Cooler is freezing my Beer!!

Could be the thermostat isn't working and the unit is just running and running all the time. To me that seems the most simple explanation right now. Can you check the temp inside when on the lowest setting for a day, then turn it up to the highest for a day and see if there is a huge difference in temps? Does the compressor motor ever turn off or does it run continuously? Suspect that t-stat...
