Sounds like the compressor relay is stuck in the 'on' position .... hence the compressor will not turn off .... to fix it you will need to turn off the main power (unplug) and take off the front panel then look at the circuit board normally the largest relay on the board is the compressor relay ... sometimes you can snap off the cover or break it off at times and clean the contacts ,give it a little spray with some contact cleaner or lub like wd 40 and that should be it .... alternative to this is just changing the circuit board all together ....

Pipe to my concept 1000 air conditioner was frozen and no cool air was distributing, fan to outside unit is running and I removed frost off pipes what else do I need to check?

It has to completely thaw first. If indoor fan is running and the filter is clean it is freezing up because of a lack of refrigerant .

3 split units run from one compressor one is not cooling

If there is 3 indoor units from one condensing unit
(6 pipes at outdoor unit) this is classed as a multi unit

All units will run correctly as long as they all require same mode, cooling or heating, if one unit decides to heat it will shut down until master unit decides to heat then it will start, for each unit to individually heat and cool there would have to be 3 pipes to each indoor,

Make sure the indoor filters are clean. The outside unit will continue to run until the indoor reaches the temperature you have selected. Dirty filters can throw the temperature out. Its common for outdoor units to freeze up when on heating mode if the ambient air temperature is below 5 degrees Celcius.. The machine should however, defrost itself. There could be a problem with one of the pipe or air sensors on the outdoor unit.

Frozen pipes coming from my outside heat pump and going to my inside unit

Frozen in suction line (bigger pipe) line due to indoor coil, airfilter and blower wheel dust blocked. Service the unit.
Second reason is short of gas. -Find out the leak and arrest it. And then do gas charging after vacuuming.

Hi,

Most probably you need refrigerant re-charging. This is one of its markers.

I hope it helps.

Will Not Heat

On the outdoor unit the fan should not be running, on the indoor unit the fan should be running. If you then check the outdoor unit with fan not running, you should be able to hear clearly that the compressor is actually working. If this is all correct, it is possible that your fourway reverse valve is seeping and needs to be replaced.
