Question about X2Gen MG19MY 19" LCD Monitor
Even i had this same problem.....its two 220uF25V capacitors and one 47uF35V capacitor located on the backlight inverter chip covered by a plastic shield. It works just fine now. Be sure you get the polarity right when soldering in the new capacitors. It is marked by a shaded in half of the outline on the board and a line on the new capacitor. This was on x2gen 19inch wide screen though so check the specs of the capacitors on yours first. They all together cost around $5 at Radioshack.
hope i was helpful thank you
hav a nice day

A solid green light means the computer is operating normally.
A solid yellow light indicates the power supply is operating normally but the computer is not processing data.
This could mean there is a problem with the CPu or another component on the motherboard.
((A blinking yellow light indicates the power supply is receiving power from the wall, but not functioning properly.
This generally means the power supply itself is bad and should be tested or replaced.))
A blinking green light means the computer is in standby mode.
You should consider visiting Dell Support and downloading the manual for your
your Dell computer. So use the LED power light codes if your Dell computer has them.
hope this helps
