Question about Dryers
Dryer has issues with not heating to complete cloths drying in a full cycle. flame does light but fails to stay lit for complete cycle. the exhaust has been cleaned and clear
Check to see if lint filter is clean. Also look through the holes inside at the back of the drum to see if there is lint clogging them. Use a strong shop vac to clean them out if necessary. The gas flame will normally go on and off during the cycle under the control of the thermostat so that does not sound like the problem unless it fails to come on again when the temperature cools down. Check to see if air is coming out of the vent outside. If not, then the blower wheel may be broken. You will probably have to remove the motor to replace the blower wheel. I have done it twice on my 34 year old dryer.
