Have you tried disconnecting it from the mains supply for about 15 minuets ..? some times this clears the problem by wiping the memory,
but before you reconnect make sure you have ink and paper in the
machine.Otherwise contact Canon customer helpline they have someone there who can tell you what error 5B02 actually means ,T.C.
