Question about HP PSC 2410 All-In-One InkJet Printer
3 weeks ago I tried to print boarding pass. Tried many times, unsuccessful. Pulled plug from printer to turn off (not wall, printer) to stop blinking light. Returned from trip & tried to print different document. Printed 8 old boarding passes with 11 waiting. Called HP for instructions to clear memory of old boarding passes. Told out of warranty and would not tell me how to clear memory. Time for new printer but probably not HP anymore. Could not reach chat. Does someone know how to do this?
You need to clear the print queue in the printer properties.
go to start >printers and faxes > double click on your printer.
click on the word printer (on the upper left corner),when the window pops up. then scroll down to cancel all documents. This will clear the print queue.
Afterwards, power off the printer and the computer. wait 30 seconds, power up the printer, wait 30 seconds, then power on the computer.
If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it.
