Question about Computers & Internet
Check all of your cable connections like mouse, keyboard, modem, etc. are all properly connected and solid. While the computer is on try hitting Control, Alt., and Delete at the same time and see if the computer will reboot. If that doesn't work try holding the on/off button down until the computer shuts off on it's own. Then wait a few seconds and turn it on and wait. If that doesn't work then its beyond me and call your local computer store. Many salesmen can offer suggestions without talking to the repair dept.
