These cameras don't have fans, so what you are hearing is electronic noise because the input sound is so low.

Why does my camera says card proyected when i take pictures

Look at your memory card. SD cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the metal contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card.

WHEN I TURN ON THE CAMERA AND TRY TO TAKE A PICTURE IT SAYS CARD LOCKED? I CANNOT FIND MY MANUAL RIGHT NOW AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE SEEN THIS!

SD and SDHC cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card. If the switch is already in the proper position, slide it fully the other way and then back again.

Lost disc cobra dc125

Skip the software and drivers. Get a card reader, save time. Download your pictures from the card reader to the hard drive of your computer. The card reader will be seen as a mass storage device in most all operating systems.
Since I have many different kinds of cameras I repair and check, there is no way I can use software and drivers for all the cameras. I use a card reader which has slots for all the different cards on the market.

Need download for Cobra Digital Camera DC5600?

Consider NOT connecting the camera to the computer.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive. Or you can use any photo cataloging program.
