The problem lies between The TCON board and the LCD panel. Most probably the TCON board has gone bad.

They go away after 10 minutes of what? **** She Wrote? Dancing with the Stars? Or simply being powered On? You have some cold solder joints on one of the PCB boards. Once they heat up they work perfectly. The only way to fix this is to have them reflowed by a tech with a soldering tool or have the board replaced. Good luck! Cheers
