Google cant tell when some one other than yourself has logged into your Email, But - But Google is smart, It can tell you where from your email has been accessed last couple of times (IP address and Browser signature) - hopefully this information is sufficient for you to make an educated guess.
To access this information login to your gmail, scroll down to the end of the page and click on the link that says : Last account activity details.
try solving your email problem first with your email website. go to http://login.skype.com/account/login-form?intcmp=sign-in&return_url=https%3A%2F%2Fsecure.skype.com%2Faccount%2Flogin for instructions on how to get back your username and password..
To know whether your PayPal account is active, kindly login to your PayPal account by entering the email address associated with your PayPal account and the password in the login box.

If you are still unable to login to your account, please contact PayPal customer support by clicking the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of your PayPal page.
On the new page which opens, you will find two options for contact: Email and Phone (see attached image).

You will have to call the Microsoft Product Activation Center at 888-725-1047.
You will be asked if you are at your computer with the activation window open - respond with "YES" your will be asked for your activation I D - respond by saying "HELP", the message will repeat, respond by saying "TRANSFER" - continue to respond with "TRANSFER" until you hear "If you wish to talk with a specialist say transfer" again say "TRANSFER". You will then be asked if you have the activation wizard up on your screen - respond with "YES". Finally, you will be transferred to an activation specialist. You will have to tell them what happened to you original product key (lost it, accidentally destroyed etc.) and you will have to tell them why you need the key. (Hard drive crash or whatever). They will NOT give you a replacement key if you tell them that you need it for a second computer - your are only licensed to use the key on one computer at a time! he may ask you for numbers printed on the CD . He will then tell you what you have to do to order a replacement product key.
You can also request a replacement product key from Microsoft Sales by calling 800-642-7676 and asking to speak to tech support.

to connect to the internet & to send emails you
must activate the GPRS first from your network provider ...The best
thing you can do is to contact the customer care of your network
provider and ask for the activation of GPRS ... they will tell you the procedure to activate it .... they will tell the number to which the message to be sent to recieve the settings .... so note that down and then follow the procedures told by them ... you will receive the gprs settings(profile) also ... make sure of
the charges with them there will be many plans & then get activated
... after this you will able to connect to internet .... if
the customer people tell you that your handset is not compatible for the receiving of the profile settings then
you must tell them to give the manual settings(includes ip address,APN,etc)
so that you can only create the profile and input the information given
by the customer care people...
after you get activated with the GPRS you must again call to the customer care and ask for the email configuration settings ... note it down and insert in email settings ...
