ON SOAP CUP WITH DOOR OPEN LEFT HAND SIDE IT WILL HAVE A DOOR IT OPENS LIKE A TUPPER WARE BOWL FRONT TO BACK LEFT HAND SIDE OF SOAP CUP LIFT UP AND SLOWLY POUR 3 OZ OF JET DRY OVER DIAL INDICATOR MAKE SURE YOU POUR SLOWLY MAKE SURE YOU CLOSE THE DOOR CLOSE D/W AND REOPEN DOOR THIS BURPS THE DISPENSER. JET DRY IS NOT SOLUBLE IN WARM WATER SO IF YOU SPILL ANY TAKE A RAG AND CLEAN IT UP GOOD ONEC A MONTH YOU REFILL W/ 2 TO 3 OZ
