How do I design a 6 foot diameter circle for my garden?

drive a peg in the ground where you want the center of the circle to be
get a piece of string and make a loop at one enf big enough to fall over the peg
measure out 3 ft from that loop and tie a stake at that point
now pull the string until it is tight and where the peg hits the ground make a mark
move about a foot an make another mark keeping the string tight all the whole
repeat the process until you have done a complete circle
the marks will be the circumference of a 6 foot diameter circle

How can i remove the foot pegs from my XL1200 C Harley?

There's a pin that holds the foot peg onto the foot peg extension. Take the clip off the backside of it and remove the pin. The foot peg will come off.

Good Luck

How to change the shifter foot peg on my 2001 harley roadking classic

Remove pinch bolt from shifter. Remove shifter from shaft. You may need to spread shifter with wedge (screwdriver) to get it to slide off. Put on new shifter and tighten bolt to secure.
A little blue locktight will keep it from falling off.

New dryer keep blowing 30 amp fuses

your problem (especially if you are using screw-in "plug fuses") i.e. BUSS fuses and cartridge fuses they get hot and with time the insulating disc that insulates hot from neutral (grnd) breaks down and with dryer current draw it arcs over and in summer its more humid which contributes to moisture, have a new sub(pony) panel if you have no room for another 240volt circuit in your main panel, that should cure your trouble

I just put together a Peg perego Polaris RZR ride on toy and it will go forward, but not reverse. The light showing a full battery goes OFF when I try to put it in reverse. Any ideas? Is there a loose wire...

For this Peg Perego Razor model, some of them have a lever that slips over the foot pedal to keep it from going in reverse for safety reasons.
I would check the foot pedal and see if it has one.
Let me know what you find.

Carolina rudder does not work properly

Slider to which the pegs are attached is probably binding, take entire mechanism out (2 screws), and lubricate with silicone wax. If that doesn't work, replace sliders and pegs.
