Before installing your software you should uninstall your old webcam driver and let the computer download the driver for you.
To do this go to the start menu on your computer and right click on computer and select properties. once the properties screen pops up click on device manager on the left. Find your webcam driver, right click it and select uninstall. after you have uninstalled it at the top of that screen you will see action, click that followed by scan for hardware changes...follow the prompts, install your new software, restart your computer and you should be good to go. In Windows, click the Windows Icon (start), then click Control Panel.
Change "View By" to small icons, then choose device manager.
If you see yellow triangles with "!" in them next to items, then you are most likely missing device drivers for them.

i have a msi cr420 laptop and i am having problem with my laptop's web camera . .whenever i want to use my camera the computer prompts me the message "NO CAMERA FOUND" what should i do?? i am running a windows 7 ultimate 32bit operating system . .please do help me . .

If you were to log on to the manufacturer's web site, usually one is able to download if available, by model number, All available Driver downloads as required.

If the driver is not available, perhaps your manufacturer does not support the OS you are installing.

This is the best way of ensuring up to date drivers for your system and they are free of charge!

• Then resart it
• Then install msi web camera software itself...
• Then check it working or not..

• Enter what you want the cam driver...
