Sounds like the battery is faulty, or is not charging properly. Can you remove the battery and try it on another (heavy load) device? At least check with a voltmeter and put a (say) torch/car bulb across the contacts
Try a hard reset. Disconnect the power adapter (charger). Remove the battery. Now press few times the power button. Yes, with no power the laptop will not start but the idea is to drain any residual power left inside your laptop. Put the battery back and try again.
Hi,every camcorder has a special built-in battery for its clock in addition to the external camcorder battery which works independently. You have to replace it... Would you please locate that small battery on the main body of camcorder hiding with small cover lid possibly you need to get in with a tiny screw to open it..and replace that battery and re adjust the clock once ,than no more the Clock Set screen comes up..
Take care and please Remember to rate/vote and give me 4 Thumbs Up for Helping out the Community :) Hope this helps! Thanks
Try to do a complete power drain by doing the following:
1.Remove the power cable.
2.Remove the battery.
3.Press and hold the power button for at least 10-15 sec to drain all remaining power stored in the board.
After this, try plugging the power cable without the battery and turn on the computer. Check if the computer will respond. Put the battery back.
Try resetting the Camcorder to the factory settings by pressing the reset button. If the issue persists, try power resetting the camcorder. To power reset, remove the battery of the Camcorder and press and hold the power button for 30 second(or turn the Power switch to ON position for 30 seconds) and reinsert the battery after one minute and check the operation. If the issue still persists, the service is required.
Try this: remove your battery, unplug power, press and hold power button for at least 20 seconds, plug power cord back in but not the battery, press power and see if you get normal boot. If this is the case, your battery probably needs replaced.
Take the battery out and turn selection switch to camera and then turn it off. Put the battery back in and its working again.
if that doesn't work try
Try smacking the side of the camera relatively hard with the palm of your hand. Eject the tape and reinsert. You may need to do this a couple of times.
