Sounds like you have an airflow issue. Freezer temp. should be @10-15 below and fresh food area @35-37 above zero You may have an evaporator fan or door switch failure

My daewoo FRSU20DCB has appeared to stop making ice and the top shelf of the freezer and refridgerator are warm? the plumbing to the unit is still working ie we get water but it does not appear to be going...

i have the same problem and have tried to contact daewoo on a number of occasions but only to be passed onto an engineer who wants to charge me min two hundred pounds

Just installed yesterday/no ice water not chilled FRSU20DCB

Hi, it will usually take 72 hours after a new installation before you will get a full blown ice production going. The temp should be set to specs. Make sure that the arm on the ice tray is set to produce ice.(in the on position).
