EasyPak 1000 Flex-Fit Air Spa Control System. Everything works fine, except, when plug in heater power. Gfci trips. When unplut heater power, everything works

GFCI blows because you have a short to ground. Check your wiring for loose connections and your heater core element.

Get the electrician to check it. They did the work, they should stand by the quality of the work and fix it.

My hydroquip 9000 trips the gfci when it starts now. the heater, pump, blower and everything was working fine till the power went out. when the power came on the spa didn't work? there is a reset button on...

If the GFCI is tripping, the reset button will not do anything. If it was fine before the electricity shut off, it is possible that while the pump was not running, water got into the inside of the pack, and that is what is causing the GFCI to trip. An electrical surge may have damaged the GFCI, itself. Those are the two things that might be related to the power going out.
The most common cause for tripping GFCI's are a heater that has a ground fault. A distant second is a bad GFCI. If it starts to run, then quickly trips, it is almost certainly the heater.

Power trips out when jets are switched on

I'm going on somewhat limited information here not knowing if the tub is newly installed or if this is a spa that has been working in the past and just started doing this. It would be helpful to know if this is a recently installed pump as well. That said here are a few things to check.
If it's a new install: Your electrician has more than likely wired the spa incorrectly. Be sure that the spa pack has 220V going into the pack and that the GFCI is wired correctly.
If it's an old spa with a new problem: A lot of times a bad heater element can cause a spa to trip the breaker. If you have a bad element the spa will operate normally for about a minute when you turn the power on, then trip the breaker as soon as the heater kicks in.
If it only trips the breaker when the pump is turned on to high speed, more than likely there is a problem with the wiring of the pump or the relay on the pump itself.

I have (7) 20W bulbs on a newly wired line running on a brand new 200W Malibu transformer, worked fine for 2 days and now it's tripping the reset button - Any suggestions ??

1) Copy following link for malibu power pack tips for longer transformer life:
http://waterheatertimer.org/Malibu-power-pack-stopped-working.html

2) Two plug choices on each outlet, Plug power pack into other outlet on receptacle.
Inspect for damage on outdoor outlet.
Replace outdoor outlet, and do not use quick connects. Connect wire directly to screws on side of device.
Replace GFCI outlet.

We recently had a power cut since then our spa has not gone it keeps tripping circut breaker, have tried powertools in socket and they work fine, it does run for about 5 secs b4 tripping? thanks

If it ran fine on the breaker before then you probably need to buy and install a new breaker. The don't cost much so you should try that. Good luck!

Spa keeps tripping breaker shows pr

two main reasons breaker trips is the pump motor jammed [not turning]or the heater shorted out --disconnect power open access panel disconnect the lines to the heater turn on power if breaker trips than motor /pump problem if doesnt trip than heater problem can order heater replacement online or pool spa store--if motor pump check pump for debris and motor for lube if u can turn shaft or impeller oil motor and work it into bearings if still not turning possible need to replace motor unit

After thoroughly going through the diagnostics, I found that the timer was fine. It wound up that the pump was burnt out.
