Question about Sony Televison & Video
My sony TV is just no power only the power monitor is blinks 3 times and it automatic off.
Sounds like a power supply problem. Depending on the Sony model, the blinking may be a diagnostic code to indicate the specific problem. It is most likely this:
3 Blinks = B+ over voltage protect
Sony sells the service manuals for their TVs and you should be able to find this info out for sure. My recommendation is to buy a new tv.

Tips for a great answer:
Oct 22, 2014 | Sony FD Trinitron WEGA KV-24FS120 24" TV
Apr 23, 2012 | Sony KV-27V40 27" TV
Five blinks - AKB
circuit (automatic kine bias), the timer/standby indicator blinks
for about 30 seconds then goes to the self-diagnosis function.
Something is wrong with the video. Check video out, Q705, 732, 761
and other components on the C board, also check Q218, 219, 220 on
the A board. In addition, unit could be in IK blanking, try turning
up screen A2 slightly.
