It would be helpful to have more detailed info, but I;ll take a stab
at it... Usually, when a motorized device vibrates voilently (more
than designed to), it is due to missing parts or being out of
balance in the recriprocating mechanism. Try going over the
machine, again, with this in mind. If you can find another working
machine, make a comparison (perhaps in a local gym?)

Just make sure that the belt is inside of the grooves on the white wheel. That should do the trick. Or ask prestige they will sort it out for you,they are a excellent firm.

Hi SJ, I don't think you need to worry too much about using the massager; you pretty much just plug it in and go from there (assuming you're in the US). Don't use it more than 20 minutes and don't use it while bathing. Additionally, should not use the massager on

1. sensitive or inflamed skin
2. varicose veins
3. the front of your neck
4. **** areas
5. sleeping people
