Question about Radio Communications

1 Answer

I have a television that has sat inside my unheated garage for years, and I live in Wisconsin. So, when I brought it in, I didn't plug it in right away because I saw there was condensation on the outside, as it was warming up from not being in the cold. If I plug it in and turn on the power, will the condensation cause a spark or fire? How long should I let it sit out and dry if yes?

Do I need to keep my freezer inside?

It should be fine in the garage, as long as it's protected from the worst of the elements. You don't want to put it where snow can fall on it, for example. We keep our freezer in our unheated garage in Colorado.

Side by side refrigerator in unheated space not working in cold

Good day,
GE recommends minimum ambient air temp above 55 degrees,
and that's pushing it.
Move it inside.
As an example. If the garage temperature was 10 degrees and the machine was left unplugged. What would the temp be in the fresh food section. If you said 10 degrees, you would be right.

P.S. Insulation does not prevent an area from getting cold, it just delays the time.
