What change are you trying to make? What happens when you try to get into the BIOS? How are you trying, and are you able to boot into the OS?

-   i turn my dell 2400 on and the fan runs green light on mother board is on but black screen and nothing appears on the screen i try to get into bios by clicking on f2 and tried the delete button and nothing just black screen i've changed the ram the are lights on the back a, b are yellow c,d are green -   crazyjohnny6

When you turn on your desktop , You see Dell screen , as soon as you see that, keep on tapping F2 key which is on the top most row.

If in case you do not see DELL coming on the screen which will happen rarely, so can tap f2 key as soon as you turn our system on.
