Question about Lands Phones
This phone has worked fine until recently when we started getting so much static you can barely hear the dial tone. I had the phone company repairman out and he checked the lines and connections and all were OK. We tried two o his phones and they worked fine. Then we tried one of our other phones and it too worked fine. What could be the problem with this phone?
Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

there is a "special feature" for privacy that can be turned on or off...when on it is supposed to keep others from eavesdropping - but it actually will not let other phones work...turn that off (settings 1 is for date, go to settings8) and it will complement your other phones and work.!!

No need to set anything. Call that number from a different phone and it will automatically set!!!! I just found that out by accident. It would have been nice if they put that in the manual.
