The first thing you need to do is to slide the detergent drawer out, look down inside the compartment and see if its clear of obstructions. If it is, then the next step is to look inside the boot around 10:00 - 11:00 O'clock. You will probably find something there (like a sock) This is obstructing the inlet water and causing the water to back up through the hose/drawer. you should be able to fish it out easily enough with either your hand or needlenose plier....
