Question about Cisco Air-Ap1131G-A-K9 - Aironet 1131G Wireless Access Point - 54Mbps
I wanna reset this router and reconfigure this router,i don,t know how to find the getway and how to configure this router,by console cable
Have you read the quick start and installation guides?
Yes, the AP should be able to obtain an IP address via DHCP from your
If this device is used, it may not be setup to aquire things via DHCP,
and you'll probably have to hookup over a console port and do password
Cisco's aren't the easiest things to setup, they are more akin to a
box of tools, rather than a single purpose built item, and thus can
do quitealot, but you have to learn how to use the tool first. It will
then let you setup things quite advanced that the single-purpose built
item never imagined, but you have to know how to get there first, not
coast and do the advanced stuff later.

SOURCE: configure cisco aironet wifi
if ur using IOS autonomous AP, then u'll need to configure the bvi interface to get an ip address and then enable the interface. once it has an ip, u'll need to configure the ssid, vlan, etc - choices include doing so with the CLI or web page GUI. U'll need to enable the built-in web server then u can access it via the web interface to setup the ssid, any vlans, radius, etc. good luck.

Aironet 340 Series Bridge
For Software Version 8.65 or Later
If you forget the password that allows you to configure the 340 bridge
through the console port, you must completely reset the configuration. Complete
these steps in order to delete the current configuration and return all
settings to the factory defaults:
For more information, refer to the Cabling Guide for Console and AUX Ports.
Note: These instructions describe HyperTeminal. Other programs are similar.
Turn the unit off and then back on.

Signal strength can have a lot to do with where the router is compaired to where you sit at your pc/ laptop. If you have a house with thick walls you should go for a N type router rather than the G (standard router type). but a simple way to boost signal is to put a pice of tinfoil behind the anntenae of the router, directing the signal to where your computer is and not letting it just dissipate into the walls of the house in all directions.
hope this helps, but remessage if I have not been clear enough ;)
