Question about Lexmark X6170 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I cannot get my printer to scan anything. it says it is doing it, but the scan bar does not move. it copies just fine.
It sounds like the scan driver is malfunctioning. Reconnect both ends of your printer cable. If that does not work, uninstall all of the Lexmark software from your computer and reinstall.
If you are an advanced user, you could first try just removing the Lexmark printer from the Windows Device Manager.
