Is there a mute functionality on you phone? Try to change the settings if there is. Refer on the manual.
If there isn't, then there must be a problem with your phone's mouthpiece. Have a cellphone technician check it.

this is a device issue the vocoder has gone out on it the the vocoder allows other people to here you kind of like a microphone, if you take it to a service and repair center they may be able to replace the part
