Question about Orange Plumbing
Bearing noise in the pump housing. Is this a difficult problem or is the bearing a standard one?
I would not suggest replacing the bearing unless you have the tools and have done one before or have somebody that can help you.

Before it gets damage, you must replace the worn out bearings. Shut the power supplying the pump off. Close all the valves (intake and discharge). Take the pump off from where it is installed and disassemble it to change the bearings, as well as the mechanical seal. Reassemble and reinstall to its location. Open the intake valve if there's any. Open and fill full with water the priming port, and have it closed thereafter.
Put the power and switch it on to run the pump. Then,
slowly open the discharge valve to desired level. Send
us your e-mail comments for us give further assistance if needed. God bless you.
