SOURCE: Replacement Coffee pot
I have the same problem with my coffee maker, but I purchased mine in Walgreens more than a year. In Walgreens it has a different name (Signature Classics), but I'm sure its exaclty the same as the Haier HDC10LBS. I called and they do have replacements. The model#XQ698LT ITEM#W14A7123 and the Customer Service Phone#1 800 645 3869. The cost should be around $10 with Shipping and handling

Yeah, guys,,, Water has added industrial chemicals in it as well as debris from the pipes that bring it to your home. Buy a reverse osmosis filter for your home or just your sink for $500 to $250. Or if you only have 80 bucks to spare on your health, buy the zero water filtration system It works like a Brita only it romoves all dissolved non water particles from your drink. It comes with a particulate meter that reads the total dissolved solids in part per million. My tap is 278ppm. After using a three month old zero water filter on it; only reads 2ppm. A fresh filter will provide you 0ppm for about a month1/2. Or if you want to go all out buy a Big Burkey Water Filtration System and you can purify pond water or wine if you need to. Your espresso machines are getting filled with flouride deposits
