If you have a new (anything) that won't charge the light wont come on or anything, you should not even think about the technicalities; just ask your supplier for a tested working replacement.

If it's really new and it's never worked, you should not consider any kind of repair... only either a tested working replacement with full warranty, or a full refund.

If the supplier doesn't respond well, you should point out that failing either a tested working replacement with full warranty, or a full refund, you will also be wanting such realistic compensation as the court might set for your time, trouble and distress

Sounds like motor fault

if you dont have the full version then it wont work properley because the tryal version onley has a limmited time on it.

go to blutooth menu and check wether it is full or not if full then try one more time

yes you use the printer . other some copy is lose and regualry to use.

You will lose your data, but using the FORMAT command while not connected to a computer will restore the default settings and let it work again.

Try plugging it into an integrated pc or laptop that has but one manufacturer. Worked for me...wouldn't charge on my 'mixed parts' computer but now is on my one-manufacturer laptop....

It sounds to me that your maint counter needs to be reset. 24-7 will reset drum. Let me know if you need help getting into the simulation.

Make sure the water dispensor is pushed back firmly as there is a switch that is operated by the dispensor. If this fails the switch may be faulty.
