If its just the backlight then you can stay in a well lit area and look at the screen that way to change the setting, also you could try plugging it in to keep the backlight on.

When i turn on my computer it gives me a black screen and the name of the video card

what was the last chage you did to the PC? Did you install any new hardware, specifically USB device?
- I would check the memory on this computer. Remove the memory from the slot and fix it back in and try.
- Are you able to access the bios settings? Since you are unable to boot, I would also check the harddisk to see if that is functioning properly.

I have a comma instead of a . how do I chage

Here is help from the calculator manual.

If you wish, you can set the calculator to display a comma for the decimal point and a dot for the three-digit separator. To do so, turn the calculator off, then press and hold down the [ . ] key while you press [ON]. Doing so again sets the calculator to use the original digit separators in the display.

Hope it helps.

Batterywill take chage and start engine, runs if

you should have both your battery and alternator checked. many parts stores can do this for free while everything is still in vehicle. the battery may have a bad cell and only gives you enough to start once. the alternator may not be producing enough power to charge the battery and run your lights(the flickering). if you cant drive to the parts store some can still test alternator out of vehicle. call and ask
