Question about Mitsubishi WD-65732 65" Projection HDTV
On the second try it stays on and fan kicks in and tv picture starts. I checked the brojector bulb and it isn't red. Model No WD-65732
The power supply has a weak capacitor.(The power supply board has the power cord attached to this.) Location of the capacitor is C9A39. Which is 2200mf/35 volts at 105 degrees. Replace this. Also replace C9A45 ( weak as well) which is 470mf/10 volts at 85 degrees. In this case for C9A45 use same value at 105 degree cap instead. This should end flashing green light. And while you are at it. Aim a leaf blower to the back of the uncovered TV and dust, this will help keep the TV run cooler. Thanks for asking. Matt of Martins TV Repair.
