Question about Karcher 2500 PSI Pressure Washer
The choke has been moved to off position after heating up but the automatic throttle hunts for proper speed as power cuts back and cycles back to proper speed.
What i've done in past is, i used ''carb choke cleaner'' or ''intake cleaner'' started the engine and sprayed right in to air filter , that worked almost every time. this is a first thing i do before i start taking things a part.
this also happens after a long storage time.
DO NOT flood the carburetor cause it may damage piston or cylinder.(just do it gently).

can be caused by a dirty automatic idle speed control valve and
throttle valve. Buy a can of throttle valve cleaner from NAPA or
Carquest (made by CRC chemicals) and spray it into the air intake
while the engine is running, use up about 1/2 the can, engine will
try to stall hold the speed up, shut it down and let it soak for 30
minutes, restart and blow out the remaining fluid, shut it down and
disconnect the negative battery cable for 5 Min's to reset the base
