My subwoofer keep showing a red light when i switch it on, could it be a fuse fault?

Probably not. The red light indicate idle mode. The woofer might have an auto-sense switch. When activated the subwoofer turns on when an audio signal is sensed at the subwoofer input.
Such switches often have three positions:
Idle (Somewhat off, but not quite)
Auto (Turns on the woofer when audio signal is detected)
Allways on. (The woofer is allways on - you might hear humm in the woofer when no audio signal is present)

I have a kenwood subwoofer, the red light comes on but I am getting no sound, help?!

red light is usually bad like protection mode unless it is supposed to be red. amps are always green and red is protection indicator normally. look it up for your amp and if you bought it used you got ripped off

My JBL CHARE wont charge it will only flash a red light

I assume you mean a JBL Charge. As for that specific model I am unfamiliar, however if when you try to charge electronics they will only flash a red light that's usually a battery or charger error signal. Most likely either a battery in the battery pack has gone bad, a contact has come loose or your charger has broken. Did you happen to drop it shortly before this error occurred? Also was the battery completely dead right before this happened? Sometimes I have noticed wireless devices will refuse to charge a battery if it is completely drained.

Why are the red lights indicator flickering?

Depends on the speaker/subwoofer. Some red lights indicate the point of 'clipping', which would be the maximum volume without distortion. That would be likely if the light is flickering and not continuous.

Describe your Venue SUB10 Subwoofer Problem: The subwoofer won't turn on at all. The red light doesn't even come on. Could it be the fuse in the subwoofer? If so, where is the fuse located?

You can remove the screw near the volume knob and the screw near the on/off switch - then slide out the amp remove the black and white wire - then check the fuse - if its blown look for we repair amps - ebay - if its good then it probably still needs work - it should turn red when plugged in and no signal and green when signal is present - which means amp is on.

Red Light Constant On - Means the Amp Is Not Turning On - Signal Problem or Most Likely Burnt / Non Working Components - There Is A Guy On Ebay Who Repairs these amps.

I'm having a problem where the subwoofer of my Home Theater system cuts out on me. Indicator light constantly changes to red for no apparent reason. I find that unplugging/replugging the RCA cable from...

If this is happening only with subwoofer section and all other channells are fine. Then this could be because of the electronics inside the amp box. or sometimes may be bad contact at subwoofer cone also. But as you said by volume up and on/off makes it alright, then the probability is more with electronics inside.(draining signals)

Subwoofer light

The subwoofer light stays red regardless of the state it is in despite it being labled a standby light. (It's more of a power on light) It seems that philips missed the point of what a standby light is.

I would have expected the light to have changed colour to indicate that the unit was operational and perhaps syncing with the receiver box.
