I need help with my webcam (by 2 users)

i dont have the installation cd for my webcam i cant get it to work at all
1 Other User Has The Same Problem

when i try to run my webcam it always comes up we are unable to run audio and viedo setup and i have tried everything

it is blurry and dark i have tried the focus,but that didnt help.
