SOURCE: water wont drain

You can check the drain or the filter. You will have to pull it out of the space it is now to access it. Items will get stuck in the drain clogging it.

How do i deactivate the child lock on the bosch axxis washer

Hi

To unlock the washer press and hold 'dry' & 'spin' button. It should unlock now. If this doesn't work then press and hold "end of cycle" button for 5-10 seconds. However, if it is still locked then unplug the washer for 5 minutes and then plug it back. After plugging it back press and hold Start button for 10 seconds to unlock it. Hope this helps...

Flashing Active Light and not taking fabric conditioner

1: The flashing wash light usually indicates a problem with the door latch while a flashing rinse/spin light usually indicates a problem with your inlet valve. 2: The cold water inlet has 2 independant outlets. The issue that you are describing indicates that one part of the cold water inlet is not opening to allow water to flow to the proper dispenser port.
