Question about Thermaltake A2396 USB 2.0, eSATA External Drive Case
My computer doesn't recognize my Thermaltake A2396 USB 2.0, eSATA External Drive Case. I think I need a driver for it.

The first thing you need to do is figure out if it is the Hard Drive itself or the enclosure.
The best way to do that is remove it from the enclosure & test it either in a PC directly or in another enclosure. If it works, then you can test the enclosure by inserting another Hard Drive & testing it. This should tell you which component is bad.
