Please try Re-installing Java Runtime Environment (JRE) in your system. Please Uninstall you JRE if it is installed already and reinstall. Also Unblock Frostwire from Windows Firewall. Please find below the steps to unblock frostwire:

  2. Type Windows Firewall and click on the "Windows Firewall" in the search result.

Installed frostwire... Didnt work... Then tried to go on safari... Now also does not work... Deleted frostwire... Still nothing... Reset safari... Nothing.

I had this problem as well when downloading Frostwire, I hope your problem isn't as serious as it could be, which is virus centered.
You are going to have to uninstall comletely and reinstall Safari. Since you deleted Frostwire, I assume you are familiar with unstalling and reinstalling. Just make sure when you are downloading Safari you do so from a trusted website...i.e.) Apple.com also make sure you restart your computer after you install. Otherwise Safari will not install correctly.

My acer one pc is very slow, I tried to reinstall the OS and it went fast for a while and became slow again. Do you have a fix on this?

A RAM upgrade will always help with speed, but let's look at the free things first. When you reloaded your OS it removed a bunch of junk files that Windows keeps around more or less forever if you don't manually tell it to delete them.
Go to My Computer, right click on your system disk(drive c),and then Properties, then Tools. You should see a button for Disk cleanup. Run that, see what it comes up with for files it wants to delete.Make sure to check Temp,Temporary Internet Files and Thumbnails.
Then, again in Tools, run Disk Defragmenter.
Try those,if it's still slow there are other things to do,but start with those.
Let me know, and could you rate my post please?
Bob
PS You're not running limewire, bearshare, frostwire or something like that are you?

Can't transfer music

Explanation -
Error code 0x80004005
This problem may occur if a file that the Windows Product Activation (WPA) requires is damaged or missing. This behavior occurs if one or both of the following conditions are true:

A third-party backup utility or an antivirus program interferes with the installation of Windows XP.

A file that WPA requires is manually modified.

Solution -
First, disable your Windows firewall just to be sure (make sure you have another firewall or antivirus program before doing this. Delete all songs and start over. Frostwire has two big problems - it is virus-prone, and
embedded text leads to the corruption of many mp3 players. Make sure you delete all text from the Comments section of the ID3 tag of any Frostwire song before loading it onto your mp3 player. To do this:
1. Open Windows Media Player
2. Click Library – make sure the songs that you have just added are visible. If they are not visible, give Windows Media Player two minutes to update the library. If they still don’t appear, move the mouse cursor over to the Library tab, and click the little white arrow that appears under the word "Library" – this will being down a drop-down menu; select "Add to Library"; click the "Add" button and add the Frostwirewire Downloads folder; click OK; click OK again – Windows Media Player will now attempt to add your Frostwire downloads to the Windows Media Player library
3. Find the song that you want to edit
4. Right-click the song, and select "Advanced Tag Editor"
5. click on the Comments tab – make sure it is blank
Now you can safely load the song from Frostwire into your device (mp3 player).
