pump is blocked check your filter at the front some have a small drainage tube there to remove the water. failing that tilt back machine slighty open door and remove with a jug, remove filter uscrew and pull and check for foriegn objects i.e coins screws,whilst tilted back squeeze the two rubber tubes to the pump to make sure they are clear or unclip if need be MAKE SURE POWERS OFF lay some towels down sit machine back down slowly there will be excess water and with filter out run machine SPIN ONLY if it does you've solved your problem also check your waste and outlet pipe your waste could be pushed too far down the outlet pipe 6" is adequate enough.good luck
