Problem for Bushnell PinSeeker 1500 20-5103 Rangefinder

Pinseeker 1500 just illustrates 1888 YM

My pinseeker 1500 will no longer measure anything. When I push the button for range finding I get the same reading every time (1888 YM ) with ( 18^ > 888 )underneath.

I do not have a slope model and it was working just fine a 5 minutes earlier.

I have tried changing the batteries but nothing helps.

- Just bought used from my pro shop. No manual. Works fine but will not display bottom numbers (slope). Tried different mode settings. A friend's has "slope" writtten below his mode button. Does mine not saying slope below my mode button not have slope feature even with numbers burned into lens at bottom? Where can I buy a manual?- Guest

I ended up sending mine in to Bushnell and had to pay shipping both ways. It needed to be "reset" and was something they said they were the only ones who could do it. Three weeks to get it back.

I'm having the same problem, but the normal yardage seems to be working fine. I tried calling Bushnell, they said I would have to send it in to them and they would fix it. I'm thinking it's got to be something easy to fix.

Does anyone have any answers?
